If you are experience any issues with your tablet we recommend by starting off with a factory data reset. Performing this simple procedure often solves many of the issues that can occur.
From the home screen go to SETTINGS (gear icon), scroll down to PRIVACY the select FACTORY DATA RESET. This will cause the tablet to shut down and reboot. It will take several minutes to reboot.
ZT-180 Troubleshooting:
The touch screen on my tablet doesn't seem very responsive. What should I do?
Please consider the tablet has a resistive touch screen which responds best to a firmer touch or stylus pen. However, you can perform the steps below to reset the tablet and calibrate the screen for a better response.

Eventually you will get to a black screen with a green X or + sign on it. This is the screen calibration. Touch the + signs until the screen is calibrated.
My tablet will not connect to WIFI. What should I do?
Many times a simple factory data reset will fix this issue. From the home screen go to SETTINGS (gear icon), scroll down to PRIVACY the select FACTORY DATA RESET. This will cause the tablet to shut down and reboot. It will take several minutes to reboot.
(If that didn't work try the steps below)
Often times a WEP or WPA security password will keep the tablet from connecting to a WIFI network. You can login into your WIFI router and disable the password requirement to see if the tablet will connect without the security.
(If that didn't work try reinstalling the firmware as described below)
How to connect to WIFI:
The screen is frozen. What should I do?
First, please check the screen for a green circle with a lock on it. If you see it, slide it to unlock the screen. If that doesn’t work or you don’t see the circle please try the following:
Connect a USB mouse to the tablet via the standard USB port. Use the mouse to navigate to the SETTINGS menu (gear icon). Under the settings menu navigate to PRIVACY then to FACTORY DATA RESET.
As the tablet resets please disconnect the USB mouse. Eventually you will get to a black screen with a green X or + sign on it. This is the screen calibration. Touch the + signs until the screen is calibrated.
Once the tablet finishes loading the touch screen should be working properly.
(If that didn't work try reinstalling the firmware as described below)

When all else
fails you can reinstall the firmware (for ZT-180 & FT10 models only):
(reinstalling the firmware will require the use of a
micro sd card)

Steps
1) Unzip contents onto empty micro sd card
2) Insert card into tablet
3) While pressing and holding the center button, power on the unit. Keep holding center button until tablet says “zt update found”
4) If it prompts you to continue hit the volume + button
5) The tablet will reinstall the firmware and reboot when finished
6) When prompted hit option 1, than option 2
7) Tablet will enter screen calibration
8) Tap on each red cross hair that appear to complete calibration
9) Tablet should now be ready to use
