The touch screen on my tablet doesn't seem very responsive. What should I do?

Please consider the tablet has a resistive touch screen which responds best to a firmer touch or stylus pen. However, you can perform the steps below to reset the tablet and calibrate the screen for a better response.

From the home screen go to SETTINGS, scroll down to PRIVACY the select FACTORY DATA RESET. This will cause the tablet to shut down and reboot. It will take several minutes to reboot.

Navigate to SETTINGS once again, scroll down to TOUCH PANEL CALIBRATION. You can calibrate the screen for a better touch response.

Many times a simple factory data reset will fix this issue. From the home screen go to SETTINGS, scroll down to PRIVACY the select FACTORY DATA RESET. This will cause the tablet to shut down and reboot. It will take several minutes to reboot.

(If that didn't work try the steps below)

Often times a WEP or WPA security password will keep the tablet from connecting to a WIFI network. You can login into your WIFI router and disable the password requirement to see if the tablet will connect without the security.

(If that didn't work try reinstalling the firmware as described below)

The screen is frozen. What should I do?

First, please check the screen for a green circle with a lock on it. If you see it, slide it to unlock the screen. If that doesn’t work or you don’t see the circle please try the following:

Connect a USB mouse to the tablet via the standard USB adapter. Use the mouse to navigate to the SETTINGS menu . Under the settings menu navigate to PRIVACY then to FACTORY DATA RESET.

As the tablet resets please disconnect the USB mouse.

Once the tablet finishes loading the touch screen should be working properly.

(If that didn't work try reinstalling the firmware as described below)

MARKET icon (looks like a white shopping bag with green Android logo on it).

Follow the steps below to if you are experiencing issues with downloading apps from the Android market:

1. Open the Market app and press the home button in the upper left corner to return to homepage

2. Go to Settings \ Applications \ Manage \ Running

3. Press "Market"

10. Go back to home screen and press Market app to Start Google Market, it will give an error message
