We have a 1 year warranty on all of our MP3/MP4 players. First go through the troubleshooting list under MP4 Player Help. Feel free to email or call us if your problem is not listed there or if you are uncertain. If your product is defective and needs to be returned download the RMA Form below. Fill it out and send it back to us for replacement. We recommend using USPS First Class shipping w/delivery confirmation. Shipping method should be trackable. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail. Once we receive the unit back it will be tested to verify the problem. If unit is defective, we will send a replacement.
