This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.

Q:  How does the battery cover come off?

A:  Turn the cell phone so the back is facing you.  There is a line right under the bluetooth logo.  The battery cover is from this line all the way to the bottom of the phone.  Turn the phone sideways.  Grip the cell phones with your hands on both side of this line.  Please be sure that the hand gripping the battery cover is not grabbing the frame of the phone.  Be sure to grip the cover only.  Once you have a firm grip pull outward in opposite directions.  The first time it can a little tough to open.
